The international airport Antalya (AYT) lies for instance 12 km east of Antalya. The flying time from Europe to Antalya Antalya is only approx. three to four hours. All big holiday-regions of the Turkish Mediterranean reaches one above the airport Antalya. Above the expressway 400 one reaches the holiday resorts, Side/Manavgat (65 km), Kemer (50 km), Belek (33 km), Incekum (105 km) and Alanya (120 km). The new road between Antalya and Lara/Kundu (25 km) facilitates a short and fast transfer into these two new holiday-fields.
 

Antalya international Airport

Antalyas new airport was inaugurated in 1998 and is a very modern building, with all important furnishings. Also great flight amounts are overcome in the high season well. The way for the transfer penances is shortly and she lets a swift dispatch to your destination quickly reach. The snack bars and restaurants offer an ample selection at Snacks and small meals, however, too quite juicy prices.

Since April 2005 a second big terminal building was taken in operation. The International Terminal AYT 2.

Our saving-tip for you! Duty free in Antalya! At the airport Antalya you can shop also still after the entry in the Duty free Shop. Especially cigarettes are considerably more favorable here, than in the side sale of the airlines or in some European Duty free Shops.

You do not change your foreign currencies near the exchange offices at the airport, you get approx. more then 15% less for your currency than near other banks. You find the current exchange rates of the state bank for the New Turkish Lira here. You can carry your baggage readily to the bus with a modern baggage car. Rents 1 Euro.
 

Individual-travellers have since April 2007 a possibility to come into the vacation fields every hour with public buses from the Airport Antalya to the  Bus station (Otogar) Antalya. Different busses depart from here regularly to all directions and holiday areas of the region Antalya.
